		<description>I HATED school for that same reason but never could put my finger on what it actually was.  Thank you for those words 'emotional anxiety'.  Thats exactly what it was.  

Many people look back on their school days as the best times of their lives.  I look back in horror and wonder how anyone could enjoy them!  I struggled every step of the way with trying to hear, being ridiculed by both teachers and other kids, trying to keep up, trying to fit in, and dealing with a year by year declining hearing loss.  I had the hearing aid in the wrong ear!

Ugh! 

I'm glad I don't have to go to school anymore :)
