Hmmm I definitely wasn't furious..I think I had a laugh or two. I think the point here was don't get addicted--don't forget that sometimes doing the real thing is more fulfilling ;)

I'm not going in there. If I do, I'm afraid I'll never live in my first life again.

I guess your daughter could be right. What she said could be true, about Second Life. If it is true, well, I'll just have to accept that because as you know, I'm addicted, too. But, 'furious'? Why? Our mutual friend once told us that she needed to get off the computer, was spending too much time there. I don't understand that. Why can't adults do what they want to do without people telling them they are crazy, or getting 'furious' because you aren't doing what THEY think you should be doing? I don't get the logic. But I am more into the serene, peaceful parts of Second Life. The roof/deck of my son's house, for example, with an amazing view, allows for thoughtful introspection, to just relax, unwind, and think about stuff. I'm not much into the malls, crowded islands, etc. Since I told you about it, you have been many more places than I have, on Second Life. And, I knew you were going to blog about it. So I came over to see what you had to say. You are more hyper than I am, by nature, so I knew you'd be all over the place, there in Second Life, lol. That's just you. I want to sit and reflect and you want to party. Have fun, and I'll see you on Freebie Island!
